Distribution Sales Manager (Construction / Building Materials) #AKT

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a national distribution strategy aligned with business objectives
• Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors to expand market coverage
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key distributors and dealers
• Establish clear KPIs, sales targets, and performance tracking mechanisms
• Identify new growth opportunities
• Manage contracts, agreements, and distributor compliance standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Engineering
• At least 8 years of experience in Distribution
• Experience in Construction / Building Materials industry
• Own a car to travel locally
