Global Head of Logistics (MNC)

Responsibilities:

• Position strategically the logistics infrastructure in relation with business evolutions and associated geographical risk assessment
• Improve Logistics Operations performance: Service, quality, Compliance, and costs
• Lead & manage the team to sustain the supply chain execution functions, from materials into manufacturing to finished products to final customers
• Implant the best-in-class logistics flows of materials, dice, semi-finished & finished products in the fastest time and the effective management of warehousing resources, inventory positioning & delivery execution from the optimal proximity locations.
• Drive excellence programs to attain service standards & goals required by our marketing & manufacturing organizations and the infrastructure to support a dynamic business environment.

Requirements:

• Degree/Masters in Supply Chain / Engineering
• At least 15 years of experience with at least 10 years in leadership role
• Global Logistics Experience
• Strong leadership with transformation experience
