Head of Project Development (Power Plant) #AKT

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth strategies
• Direct and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high-performance project delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and risk assessments, while developing mitigation plans to ensure project viability and success.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including design, demolition, construction, commissioning, and start-up, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and key stakeholders to secure approvals, permits, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards while collaborating with operations teams to achieve a seamless transition from project completion to commercial operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in Power Plant Projects
• Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and commercial aspects relevant to the industry
