Responsibilities 

• Execute trade orders as per Portfolio Manger’s instructions 
• Minimize order impact and execute order at best prices
• Maintain trading system according to regulatory 
• Manage stock borrow & minimize SBL costs
• Manage FX hedging of the portfolio when required
• Maintain the trading system position holding and reports
• Liaise with system providers / maintainers to solve problems
• Update stock price, country information, stock industry information
• Monitor and alert Portfolio Managers of news, flows and price moves

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in finance, economics or computer science
• Current holder of SFC license for Type 9 regulated activities 
• Proficient in Bloomberg system
• Knowledge of Broadridge OMS & PMS
• Knowledge of trade execution of Equities, Futures & Commodities
• Experiences in buy-side companies are an advantage
• Fluency in speaking Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Immediate Availability is preferred
