Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with hiring managers to understand their needs
• Sourcing for candidates on multiple platforms and relaying them to your clients
• Conduct market research with multiple platforms to discover new business opportunities
• Develop business projects with target company industry and job categories to achieve their hiring goals
• Maintain positive business relationships and maintain excellent rapport with both clients and candidates
