Job Responsibilities:
Monitors projects progress and ensure that key projects deliverables deadlines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) goals are met
Provides guidance and support to project team members
Leverages on best practices from other project management teams to improve project management business processes and implement productivity improvement tools
Participates and contributes to Project Sales and Finished Goods forecasting process
Manages project team budget and resources
Communicates with Customers to understand their business needs and address critical concerns
Tracks and reports projects statuses and progress to key business stakeholders
Ensures team and self complies to workplace EHS rules and guidelines
Reports unsafe work conditions and provides suggestions to improve work safety
Job Requirements:
Masters or Bachelor’s Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Software Engineering
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management.
Experience in managing engineering projects involving plant monitoring instruments and/or system solutions will be preferred
Proven capability to manage a cross functional team and drive process improvement initiatives
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage different stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and project timeline management skills
