Talent Development Manager #AKT

• Take full ownership for Talent Management strategies, framework and processes effectively; ensure that key talent metrics are attained to support business growth and productivity.
• Be a subject matter expert on talent planning and learning & development ('L&D')
• Drive the creation of L&D plan
• Develop key internal training programs and facilitate running some of them

• Bachelor Degree / Masters in any discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in Talent Development
• MNC experience 
• Strong Stakeholder engagement skill
